Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. While the room I upgraded to didn't match the picture, it was still lovely and provided a peaceful escape from the busy streets of Phuket. However, the size of the room and bathroom was disappointingly small. The service was friendly and helpful, although there were some language barriers. The location, although not ideal for beach lovers, was great for exploring old town and the night markets. The dining options were basic but satisfactory, with room for improvement. Overall, a decent stay with some room for enhancement.
The hotel has really beautiful rooms that were spic and span, but it was quite strange that we couldn't smoke outdoors. The service was absolutely wonderful, although there were instances where staff didn't act professionally and were not careful with their talk in the local language. The location is a bit of a mixed bag as it's far from everything and next to a busy highway. The dining experience provided decent quality and quantity in-room dining with room for improvement in variety. Despite some downsides encountered, the hand-cut beef tartare was a standout dish.
The hotel offered a lovely escape after the chaos of Phuket, but room size was smaller than expected. Service was great but slightly less English-speaking compared to other places. The location was random yet fine for relaxing by the pool, though far from major attractions. Dining could have been slightly better, especially with breakfast options. Overall, a cozy retreat with some room for improvement.
Upon arriving, I immediately noticed a strong musty smell in the rooms, but they were surprisingly spacious with modern facilities and a large, clean bed. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is a bit out of the way from Phuket Town but offers a unique colonial-style architecture close to the weekend markets. The dining options were decent, with a variety of traditional dishes, but lacking in American fare. Overall, a friendly, clean hotel worth considering.
